Rihanna had issued a temporary retraining order against Steveland Barrow for breaking into her neighbors home last month. Police told a source,  Barrow believed the home belonged to Rihanna and that he even slept on one of the beds.

A judge made the temporary order permanent today. Barrow is to stay at least 100 yards away from Rihanna for the next three years.
